We offer 10 day return or exchange provided that the item is unused, in brand new condition, in it's original packaging and accompanied with a receipt. The customer is responsible to safely mail the item back. Orii Design is not responsible for items lost during shipping. Please notify us before shipping out your item. Custom orders are final sale.
